These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Your Story. By creating an account or placing an order you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account.
3. The service
We create personalised songs and related digital keepsakes based on the information you provide. Production is AI-assisted and combined with human quality review. Songs are delivered as digital files and, where applicable, via a private streaming page. Illustrative examples on the site do not guarantee an identical result.
4. Orders, prices & payment
Prices are shown in euros and may include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout. Payment is required before production begins. We may refuse or cancel an order that breaches these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

Where two versions are offered, you may preview and select the one you prefer; songs cannot be edited after selection. We may offer a limited number of revisions to correct factual errors we caused (e.g. a misspelled name or wrong hobby). We do not offer unlimited creative changes. 7. Your content & warranties
You warrant that: (a) the information you submit is accurate and lawful; (b) you have the right to provide any names or details of third parties, including obtaining the consent of a parent or guardian where a child is involved; and (c) your request does not infringe any third-party rights or violate the Acceptable Use Policy.
8. Intellectual property & licence
Subject to full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use the delivered song for personal, non-commercial purposes, including private sharing with family and friends. You may not resell, sub-license, or commercially exploit the song without our written permission. We and our licensors retain all other rights. Because copyright protection of AI-assisted works varies by country, we do not warrant that the song qualifies for copyright protection.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to request content that is prohibited under our Acceptable Use Policy, including copyrighted characters, imitation of real artists, references to public figures, or offensive, harmful or unlawful content. We may edit requests into original, safe themes or decline them.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI-generated output is inherently variable; we do not guarantee that a song will meet subjective expectations beyond the agreed brief. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer and liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Indemnity

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
